Honest!
Really I am a bbbbaaaaaaadddddd blogger, and I probably have run off my readers...
Well, if any of you are left...
Here is an update... mostly pictures
Halloween was a hoot this year, as GL has REALLY figured it out!
She is not much of a candy eater, although she thinks it is super cool to go to a house and say
"trick or treat" and wa-la you have candy in a basket!
Of course she got a lot of 'ooo's' and 'ahhhs' which in turn got her TWO handfuls of candy rather than just a piece or two.
I like to leave the camera behind and enjoy the moments like Halloween with her, so the weekend prior we do photo shoot! She makes me so happy and she is so easy to photograph and she indulges me all the time!
Such a good little girl!
She named herself, Elphaba... yes! from Wicked. My favorite and I hope it will become one of hers too!
And we took our annual trip to Dewberry with our besties to pick out pumpkins...
She is so darn cute!
We also got a special day at the zoo to see The Wizard of Oz in 4D... Gracelee is infatuated with the story and we read the entire chapter book. She can recite what happened and the differences between the book and the movie (which are SUBSTANTIAL!)... I am going to get her good and ready for those school assignments where she needs to analyze literary pieces!

It was such a fun day and the weather was really good to us!
Doesn't she look like she is SEVEN years old here?!?!?!?!
And my baby girl is always letting me play with her hair... Pinterest is the best (and the worst) thing in the world!
And last but not least was Grandparents day... Cookie and Gracelee had a date night at the church and made special gifts for the grandparents that could not be there.
