Monkey Business!
True to our family's choice, the monkey is a favorite of Ms. Gracelee too! She joins, especially, her daddy and cousin Jaxson, with her timeless love of her monkey, Dangles.
Of course we have to have a fashion show as well! Come on! New Dress, New Bow... a girl has got to pose!
... and of course, a video of her talking to Dangles that only a family can appreciate! It is one and a half minutes long of her cooing, which I find adorable...

We celebrated with Jimmy too! That was a fun time to celebrate a man that completes my mom! He is a kind and gentle soul that loves unconditionally and all the time! He loves Gracelee as if she were his own and he loves Brian and Me as if we were his too! That takes a very kind man to so that! Happy Father's day Jimmy!

Justin's Birthday celebration Continued

Gracelee Update
So my little girl is 12 weeks old... wow! I cannot believe it! 12 weeks ago I had no idea the amount of love there was for the person in my belly... she has come into Justin's and my world and completely changed it for the better! We love her more and more everyday, and in turn, love each other more and more than ever! My Uncle Tommy is a genius! The advise he gave us at our rehearsal dinner still echoes in my head... "Today, you love each other the least!"

How true! You can never imagine how love grows until you start your life with someone else. That is why it is so important to wait until you are ready... ready in a since that you know who you are, and you are ready to devote yourself to another person. How can you truly begin to love fully until you know who you are?? This advise is for my little princess: Discover who you are BEFORE you give yourself to another... it is only fair! I love you so much and I know who I am and I can ENTIRELY devote myself to our family! You are our EVERYTHING!!!

12 weeks and I have to apologize to our pediatrician who told us not to take her outside in the sunlight. Dr. Black, we are sorry! She is just too cute and we have 4 bathing suits that need to be worn and pictures need to be taken! We promise we are putting sunscreen on her and she is not out for too long... we promise!

With that said I feel comfortable showing everyone our angel who loves the water! GOOD!!! Now I know I can play Little Mermaid again some day soon!!! Yay! "Look at this stuff... isn't it neat..."

Needs a Home
The time has come where we have to say good bye to our beloved cat, Sam. If anyone knows of a good home for him that will love him and treat him the best they can, we would love to adopt out our cat. Sam has been good to us, but sadly he and the baby do not mix well. He is about 6 years old, calm, loves to play with a string or a ball, he is neutered and de- clawed in the front. He is strictly an indoor cat, and he is extremely affectionate. He gets along well with others... well, for a cat anyway = )

Please... we have to have a good home for him soon! If you know of anyone, we would appreciate the help! We do not want to put him in a shelter, but we would be willing to do so, if there were people available to foster him in home.

Shopping at La Centerra
We concluded our fabulous weekend with Church and a shopping trip to La Centerra... a town square of sorts in Katy. We had a wonderful family lunch at Fish City Grill and a stroll around the different shops. Even though it's Daddy's birthday, Gracelee and momma got some clothes too! That daddy is just too nice!
Justin's Birthday celebration at his momma's house
Our weekend started Friday night at Lessie's house where we celebrated Justin's birthday. Lessie and Amanda will be in Rome on Justin's birthday which is Monday. The dinner was excellent! The company was fantastic... Justin's dad and step mom made it down for the event! Justin got money for clothes, a new lawn mower, and tickets to a Texans game!! Oh, and an autographed hat by Gary Kubiac! It was a great night and a good start to the weekend!
